Job Description

•Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support the company’s operational and growth objectives in the US market. •Accounting and Reporting: Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger management, financial statement preparation, and tax compliance. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). •Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, such as currency fluctuations, tax liabilities, and operational inefficiencies. Implement internal controls and risk management policies to safeguard company assets. •Funding and Capital Management: Manage the company’s cash flow, working capital, and capital structure. Collaborate with the parent company and financial institutions to secure necessary funding for business expansion and operational needs. Financial Analysis and Decision - Support: Provide in - depth financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision - making, investment evaluation, and business performance improvement. Present financial reports and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
