Basic Education Qualifications: MBA/PGDM or its equivalent as a full-time course. Preference will be given to candidates having specialization in HR/Marketing. b. Other Qualification (preferred): Special certification, if any, in IT/Computer application is desirable. . 5. Work experience (as on 01.02.2021): Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in the field of training/HR in Supervisory/Managerial role in Banks/PSUs/Corporates 6. Special Skills: a. Confident personality and good interpersonal skills b. Strong communication and presentation skills c. Working knowledge of Spreadsheets d. Ability to work with cross functional teams e. Attention to details, organizational skills and multi-tasking f. Excellent writing and verbal skills . 7. Job Profile/ KRAs: Assess the training needs of Senior/Top Management. To suggest mandatory training requirements for various job families. To design domain-based training programs. To supplement digital Initiatives and external marketing programs etc. Reasonable for collating the feedback from stakeholders 8. Annual Emoluments (approx.): As per existing pay scale for MMGS-II Scale of pay: 48170-1740/1-49910-1990/1-69810 AGE-30 YEARS.
