Job Description

We are looking for experienced Phlebotomist for Mintopark Kolkata and Sheoraphuli location Responsibilities Phlebotomists are responsible for collecting blood samples in accordance with hospital and laboratory policies, and federal, state, and local regulations. They also are tasked with labeling samples appropriately and logging all information related to tests performed and samples taken into a database. Collect and tag specimens exactly as outlined in each medical requisition Properly package each specimen and ensure that every specimen is delivered to the laboratory on time Maintain an organized and clean work area based on state health laws and the guidelines of our medical organization Answer patient questions regarding collection techniques and offer additional resources on the collection process if a patient requests them Skills DMLT or CMLT certification required Must possess a valid state phlebotomy certification Excellent patient service and patient relationship skills Strong attention to detail
