CIL proposes to engage Security Personnel on fixed tenure contract basis and applications are invited for the following Posts:- 1. Name of the Post and Grade: Chief Manager(Security)/E7 2. Number of Post: 10 3. Educational Qualification and Experience: i. Essential : Graduation in any Discipline 4. Added Advantage: a. 2 years Post Graduate Degree/Post- Graduate Diploma in Security Management or Industrial Security and not cyber security. b. 2 years Post Graduate Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent in Management. 5. Post Qualification Experience:- For Chief Manager(Security)/ E7 Grade: Minimum 19 years’ service in Officer/ Executive Cadre with either Armed Forces or Central Police Organization (CPO) (OR) Minimum 22 years’ experience in managing industrial security in Officer/ Executive Cadre with Govt./ other PSEs 1. Name of the Post and Grade: General Manager(Security)/ E8 2. Number of Post: 04 3. Educational Qualification and Experience: i. Essential : Graduation in any Discipline .4. Added Advantage: a. 2 years Post Graduate Degree/Post- Graduate Diploma in Security Management or Industrial Security and not cyber security. b. 2 years Post Graduate Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent in Management. 5. Post Qualification Experience:- For General Manager(Security)/E8 Grade: Minimum 22 years’ service in Officer/ Executive Cadre with either Armed Forces or Central Police Organization (CPO) (OR) Minimum 25 years’ experience in managing industrial security in Officer/ Executive Cadre with Govt./ other PSEs 6.
