1. Post Name : Senior Manager Security & Administration, Operation & Productivity Manager, Civil Engineer and Footwear Technologist. 2. No of post : 08 posts 3 . Qualification and Experience : Senior Manager:. (1) Full Time 03 years Bachelor Degree. (2) The retired personnel from the Indian Armed Forces, Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Coast Guard, or any other paramilitary force are eligible if they served at the rank of Major (or equivalent) or above for a minimum of three years. (OR) Retired Deputy Superintendents of Police (Dy.SP) or officers of higher ranks in the police force are eligible if they have at least six years of experience at the Dy.SP level or above. Operation & Productivity Manager:. (1) B.E. / B.Tech / B.F.Tech / B.Designing or PG in apparel production / Apparel production management / design. (2) Minimum 03 years experience of garment industry. Civil Engineer:. (1) B.E. in Civil Engineering. (2) Minimum 03 years experience in relevant field. Footwear Technologist:. (1) B.Des in Footwear Design / M.Des in Footwear Design or equivalent with a minimum 55% marks. (2) 03 years relevant working experience with footwear industry preferably as designer for B.Des candidate . 4. Age limit : 24 years to 58 years . 5 .Selection Process : Shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview and other selection process conducted by Troop Comforts Limited.
