Master's Degree in Library & Information Science (MLISc) or equivalent (completed in 2024 & 2025 only). 2. Familiarity with library automation Softwares (e.g., Koha, Dspace, SOUL, etc.). 3. Basic knowledge of digital libraries, institutional repositories, and e-resources. 4. Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office, databases, online search strategies). 5. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. 6. Ability to work collaboratively and adapt toto aa dynamic learning environment. Desirable PGDLAN. 4.
