Desirable: Good knowledge of computer applications. Skill Test Norms: Dictation: 10 minutes @ 100 w.p.m. Transcription: 40 minutes (English) 55 minutes (Hindi). M.E. / M.Tech. degree in the relevant subject/field or its equivalent qualification from a recognised University/Institution, with at least 55% marks. OR ii. B.E./B.Tech degree in the relevant subject/field or its equivalent qualification from a recognised University/Institution, with at least 55% marks with two years’ experience in the field of related laboratory from a University/College/Institution or R&D organisation of central/state government. First Class Diploma in the relevant subject/field of Engineering or its equivalent qualification from a recognised Institution, with at least two years’ experience in the field of related laboratory from a recognised University/ College/ Institution or R&D organisation of Central/State government. 10+2 or its equivalent examination from a recognized Board; ii. Certificate course in Library Science from a recognized Institution; iii. Relevant experience of one year. Desirable: Basic knowledge of computer applications. 4.
