Registration: Must be enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of the State where practicing. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in dealing with Civil/Service/Labor Arbitration cases. Drafting: Exposure to drafting of Agreements, MoUs, Deeds, and other legal documents is mandatory. Institution Ranking: Applications from higher-ranked institutions (under established frameworks) will be prioritized. 4. Age Limit : Maximum Age: 40 Years. Age as on Date: Age is calculated as of the last date for receiving applications (which is the date of the Walk-in Interview). 5. Selection Process : The selection for Young Professionals-II is strictly based on the following stages: Screening: Short-listing will be done based on educational qualifications, age, and relevant experience. Preliminary Assessment: A written test or assignment may be conducted at the venue if the number of candidates is high.
