1. Post Name : Executive (Career Awareness Programme) 2. Total Vacancies : 03 (Three). 3. Educational Qualification : Required Degree: MBA / PGDBM or equivalent Degree/Diploma. Duration: At least 2 years duration. Specialization: Must be in Marketing. Minimum Marks: 50% marks. Experience : Minimum Experience: 5 years of relevant experience is required. Exclusion: Training experience that is part of the curriculum of any Degree will not be counted towards the total experience. Mandatory Requirements : Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in Computer Applications is essential for this post. Communication: Candidates must have a valid email address for communication. 4. Age Limit : Maximum Age: 40 years. Age Cut-off Date: 01.02.2026 (Age, Qualification, and Experience are calculated as of this date). 5. Selection Process : This is a Direct Recruitment process. Merely fulfilling eligibility criteria does not guarantee a call for an interview. Screening: ICSI reserves the right to shortlist candidates based on eligibility, experience, and number of applications received. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an Interview.
