Educational Qualification : Essential Qualification: As per UGC Regulations on Minimum Qualifications for appointment of Teachers, 2018. Step 1: B.Sc. Agriculture degree from a recognized Institute/University with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade. Step 2: Master’s degree in Agriculture with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade from an Indian University or equivalent foreign university. Step 3: NET Qualified (CSIR/ICAR/UGC/SLET/SET) OR Ph.D. degree as per UGC Regulations 2009/2016/2022 (with amendments). Ph.D. Exemption Conditions: Candidates registered for Ph.D. prior to July 11, 2009, are exempt from NET if they meet specific criteria (regular mode, two external evaluators, open viva voce, two published papers, two presented papers). Mandatory Requirements Original certificates, mark sheets, and testimonials must be presented at the interview. One set of photocopies is required. 4. Age Limit : Not specified in the notification.
