1. Post Name: Apprentice (Graduate, Diploma, ITI) 2. Total Vacancies : 1333. Educational Qualification : Graduate Apprentices: Full-time 4-year Degree (B.E./B.Tech) or BCA in relevant Engineering streams recognized by AICTE. Diploma Apprentices: Full-time 3-year Diploma in relevant Engineering streams recognized by AICTE. ITI Trade Apprentices: ITI/NCVT certificate in Computer Operator Programming Assistant (COPA) or Steno trades from institutions recognized by AICTE. Year of Passing: Candidates passing in or after 2022 are eligible. Mandatory Requirements Nationality: Indian Nationals domiciled in Chandigarh, Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Leh Ladakh, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttarakhand. Candidates who have already completed/terminated apprenticeship or have 1+ year of job experience after qualification are NOT eligible. Candidates applying for more than one discipline will be rejected. 4.. Age Limit : Minimum Age: 18 Years . Maximum Age: 26 Years .Age as on: 31 March 2026. Age Relaxation: Applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD as per Government of India guidelines. 5. Selection Process : The selection for AAI Apprentice Recruitment 2026 is based on the following stages: Provisional Selection: Based on the percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying examination (Graduate/Diploma/ITI). Document Verification: Verification of original documents (dates to be intimated via registered email). Medical Examination: Final fitness check. There is no written examination or interview for this recruitment.
