Educational Qualification: Eminent Psychiatrist: Medical Practitioner with Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Psychiatry (UGC/NBE/MCI recognized) with at least 15 years' experience. Mental Health Professional: Post-Graduate degree in Ayurveda (Mano Vigyan), Homeopathy (Psychiatry), Unani (Moalijat), or Siddha with at least 15 years' experience. Psychiatric Social Worker: Post-Graduate degree in Social Work & M.Phil in Psychiatric Social Work (2-year full-time course) with at least 15 years' experience. Clinical Psychologist: Recognized qualification in Clinical Psychology (RCI approved) OR PG Degree in Psychology/Clinical Psychology + M.Phil in Clinical Psychology with at least 15 years' experience. Mental Health Nurse: Diploma/Degree in General Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing (recognized by Nursing Council of India) with registration and at least 15 years' experience.Persons representing persons with mental illness: No specific qualification mentioned. Persons representing care-givers: Person residing with a person with mental illness (relative or other) or organization representing care-givers. NGO Representatives: Representatives of registered NGOs with 10 years' experience in the field of Mental Health. 4.
