Job Description

1. Post Name : Junior Executive (Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Tele‑communication/Instrumentation) 2. Total Vacancies: 78 posts (62 four‑year tenure + 16 one‑year tenure). 3. Educational Qualification: Full‑time BE/B.Tech with aggregate 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwD) in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering for R001 & R002; Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) for R003 & R004; Electronics & Tele‑communication Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering for R005 & R006 from a recognised university. Experience: For 4‑year tenure posts (R001, R003, R005) 0–2 years relevant experience preferred in Manufacturing, Production, Production Control, R&D, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Furnishing & Testing; for 1‑year tenure posts (R002, R004, R006) fresh engineering graduates with no experience can apply. 4. Age Limit: Upper age 29 years for Junior Executive posts as on 07.04.2026 (post table indicates 29 years; relaxation 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC‑NCL and additional 10 years for PwD over and above category relaxation, applicable to candidates with at least 40% disability). Nationality: Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply for BEML Junior Executive Recruitment 2026. 5. Selection Process. : The BEML Junior Executive selection process 2026 differs for one‑year and four‑year tenure positions and is mainly based on merit and document verification. 1‑year tenure positions (R002, R004, R006): Selection will be done solely on the basis of average marks obtained across all semesters of the qualifying BE/B.Tech degree as per eligibility; no written test is conducted. 4‑year tenure positions (R001, R003, R005): Candidates will be shortlisted based on online applications and called for a 1‑hour written test comprising 60 technical MCQs (1 mark each, no negative marking); minimum qualifying marks are 45% for General/OBC/EWS and 40% for SC/ST/PwD. Shortlisted candidates who qualify the written test will undergo document verification and final selection will be made based on written test performance and meeting all eligibility conditions.
