Education Qualification: Audit – Information System (IS) (Grade C): B.Tech/BE in IT/Electronics & Communications/Software Engineering/Electronics & Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science/Digital Banking or BCA/B.Sc (IT/Computer Science) or Graduate in any stream with valid CISA, or M.Sc (IT/Computer Science)/MCA/M.Tech/M.E in relevant disciplines from a recognised University, with minimum 7 years officer-level experience in BFSI/IT/Information Security consultancy, out of which 4 years in IS Audit/Cyber Security Audit/Information Security consultancy. Risk Management – Information Security (Grade C & B): B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/ICT/Electronics & Communications/Electrical/Electronics & Electrical or BCA/B.Sc (IT/Computer Science) or MCA/M.Sc (IT/Computer Science) from a recognised University. Grade C: minimum 7 years experience (4 years in Information Security/Cyber Security); Grade B: minimum 4 years experience (2 years in Information Security/Cyber Security) in IT/BFSI/FinTech/Corporate entity in IT/Information Security/Cyber Security .IT & MIS (Grade D/C/B): Graduate in Computer Science/IT/Electronics/Electronics & Communications/Electronics & Telecommunications/Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning/Cloud Computing/Data Science/Data Engineering or akin disciplines, or MCA/equivalent from a recognised University, with preference for candidates with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) and relevant certifications like OCP, Data Analytics, SAS, Python, Project Management, Digital Banking, IT Security, Network etc. Grade D: minimum 10 years experience (7 years in relevant functional area) at middle management level; Grade C: minimum 7 years officer-level experience (4 years in relevant area); Grade B: minimum 4 years officer-level experience (2 years in relevant area) in BFSI/FinTech/Large IT Services organisations. Security Officer – Junior Assistant Manager (Grade O): XII/Diploma pass or equivalent from recognised institutes, basic computer proficiency desirable, with minimum 15 years regular service as a Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) in Indian Army/Indian Navy/Indian Air Force and exemplary character at the time of retirement as recorded in discharge book. Only full-time experience as a permanent employee is considered; training/internship/apprenticeship/teaching/trainee/retainer or staffing agency experience will not be counted.. 4. Age Limit : Deputy General Manager (Grade D): 35 to 45 years (relaxation as per Government/Bank rules). Assistant General Manager (Grade C): 28 to 40 years. Manager (Grade B): 25 to 35 years. Junior Assistant Manager – Security Officer (Grade O): Up to 50 years (inclusive of all relaxations). Upper age relaxation for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, PwBD, Ex‑Servicemen and other categories is applicable as per Government/Bank guidelines. 5. Selection Process : Shortlisting of Applications Candidates must submit the online application with complete and correct details regarding age, qualification and experience. IDBI Bank will shortlist applications based on information declared in the online form and eligibility criteria for the respective post/grade. Candidature at this stage will be purely provisional and subject to verification of original documents at later stages. Stage 2 – Further Selection Process (Exam/Interview/Group Process as decided) Shortlisted candidates will be called for the next stage of the selection process, which may include online test, personal interview or any other method as decided by the Bank (details to be notified separately on the official website).
