Qualifications: Matriculation(10th), Ex-Servicemen, Graduates (B.Com.), Graduates (BA), Graduates (BLISC), Graduates (BSC), Graduates (LLB), Post Graduates (M.Sc.), Engineers (CS/IT), Engineers (Electrical), Engineers (Electronics), Engineers (Electronics and Communication) Experience Type: Fresher, Experience. Eligibility Conditions Candidates from all states may apply. Candidates from other states will be considered against unreserved category. Exam will be held in English and Telugu languages. A candidate may apply for multiple posts by submitting separate applications and paying the prescribed fee for each post applied. 4. Age Limit (as on 01-01-2026) : 18 years to 40 years .Age Conditions Unreserved category candidate must have been born between 02-01-1984 and 01-01-2008 Upper Age Relaxation - SC / ST / BC / EWS: 5 years (born between 02-01-1979 and 01-01-2008) PwBD: 10 years (born between 02-01-1974 and 01-01-2008) Ex-Servicemen: As per rules Sports quota: As per category rules Notes All posts are to be filled on permanent basis. Actual in-hand salary may vary depending on variations in the rates of allowances (DA, HRA, TA) and the place of posting. Selection Process : Minimum qualifying marks will be 40% for Open Competition & EWS, 35% for BC, and 30% for SC, ST & PwBD categories. The minimum qualifying marks for Ex-Servicemen will be as per their respective category. Skill Test The Skill Test will be conducted for Senior System Officer, Computer Operator, U.D. Stenographer, Stenographer, Typist, Copyist, and Data Entry Operator posts. Candidates who secure the minimum qualifying marks in the Computer Based Examination will be shortlisted for the Skill Test. For these posts, marks obtained in the CBT will be considered only for shortlisting and will not be included in the final merit. The mode and details of the Skill Test will be published in due course. Exam centres for CBT/Skill Test will be located in Anantapuram, Chittoor, East Godavari, Guntur, Krishna, Kurnool, Prakasam, SPSR Nellore, Srikakulam, Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram, West Godavari, and YSR Kadapa. Candidates are required to select three centre preferences while filling out the registration form. Merit List The final merit list will be prepared post-wise based on the applicable selection stage. CBT Exam Based: Section Officer, Assistant Librarian, Librarian Grade-II, Assistant & Examiner, Office Subordinates. Skill Test Based: Senior System Officer, Computer Operator, U.D. Stenographer, Stenographer, Typist, Copyist & Data Entry Operator. In case of a tie: The candidate with higher age will be given preference. If age is also the same, the candidate with higher educational qualification will be preferred. If still tied, higher marks in the prescribed qualification will be considered. If a selected candidate does not join, the next meritorious candidate will be considered. The waitlist will remain valid for a period of one year.
