OR Defense Officer with HR background of not less than 07 years. OR Degree in any discipline with Post Graduate Diploma in Management in PM/IR/HRM from an AICTE-approved institution. Essential Experience Minimum 07 years in Executive cadre/managerial post in HR division. Desirable Preference will be given to candidates working in reputed Organizations or PSUs. 4.
